4. Pricing and Offers
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update prices, discounts, delivery fees, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. However, the price shown at checkout at the time of placing your order will apply to that order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

5. Orders
When you place an order on Books4Life.lk, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After you place an order, we may contact you to confirm order details, payment method, delivery information, or product availability.

For Cash on Delivery, payment should be made to the courier or delivery representative at the time of delivery.
For Direct Bank Transfer, your order will usually be processed after payment confirmation. You may be required to share payment proof through WhatsApp, email, or another official communication channel.
For online payments, payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment service provider. Books4Life.lk does not store your full card details on our website.
7. Delivery
We offer island-wide delivery within Sri Lanka.
The delivery fee will be shown at checkout before you place the order. The current standard delivery fee may be Rs. 400, unless a different rate, free delivery offer, or special delivery condition is shown at checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the parcel, or inability to contact the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Books4Life.lk will not be responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account information.
