Are all books shown on the website available?
We try our best to keep stock availability updated. However, some fast-selling books may go out of stock quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Do you offer island-wide delivery?
Yes. We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service conditions.
What is the delivery fee?
A standard delivery fee of Rs. 350 may apply for individual orders.
Do you offer 1-day delivery?

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available island-wide for eligible orders.
Can I pay by bank transfer?

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Can I return a book?
Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the book is in its original condition.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect book?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp with clear photos of the issue. We will help arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
Who pays the return delivery cost?
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, Books4Life.lk will assist with the return process. For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return delivery costs.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
